Training &Placement Cell
ITME has an independent Training & Placement Cell
to cater to the needs of different organisations in conducting campus
/ pool campus / off campus interviews for placement. It is headed
& manned by Senior Professionals experienced in HR / HRD related
activities. The Cell is assisted by “Student-Placement Coordinators”
to lead the team of Placement Representatives from various courses.
Training & Placement Cell plays a very important key role in counseling
& guiding the students for their successful career placement, which
is a crucial interface between the stage of completion of academic
programme and their entry into the suitable employments. The Cell
also coordinates various activities related to the carrer of the
students along with the industrial training, seminars & workshops.
In addition to campus / pool campus/ off campus placements, Cell
also organises programmes like Mock Interviews, Group Discussion,
Personality Development, Interpersonal, Technical & Communication
Skills, Career Planning & Career Mapping, so that, the students
can step into the industries with total skills & confidence. It
provides almost instantaneous data to the Corporate Sectors with
regard to the candidate available for consideration towards placement
in accordance withy the prescribed requirements. The Placement Cell
also takes the initiatives to expose the students to various training
& development programme to sharpen their knowledge & skills. .
