A formidable knowledge resource…
The Institute Central Library houses a collection of nearly 25,000 national and international books, and 1795 book titles apart from journals and other reference material. The facility is large with a comfortable and peaceful reading area and an electronic catalogue for quick information retrieval and services. In addition to the Central Library, each department possesses its own private library and collection of discipline-specific scholastic literature.
ITME also has a vast digital library on the lines of the OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) module, from where students can access a wide range of online books and journals.
EDUSAT
ITME is amongst the selected few colleges that use the EDUSAT, first Indian satellite built exclusively to cater to the needs of the educational sector. It enables students to view online seminars and educational programmes conducted by WBUT.
