The ITME Alumni Association has been formed recently with the objective of providing an interactive platform to the ex-students community to stay connected with each other and also with current students and faculty members. All ITME graduates and existing students are welcome to be a part of it.

A Reunion Souvenir on the occasion of the reunion ceremonies every year.
A news bulletin containing latest information on ITME and the activities of the Association.
An updated Members Directory to increase connectivity among the members and create a supportive network for ITME.
An Alumni website for the Institution.

The Annual Reunion – It is a homecoming for ITME students in more ways than one. It is also the confluence of the present with the past bringing together students, teachers, staff, management and family members as well.

Scholarships and Awards - The Association will sponsor scholarships and memorial awards for the students of ITME. The scholarships will comprise two categories:

Merit-cum-means Scholarship: To be awarded to those deserving and meritorious candidates in the present batch who are in need of financial help and support.
Encouraging higher studies: To be awarded to graduating ITME students for pursuing advanced studies in the chosen field.

Other Financial Assistance - The Alumni Association will also render financial assistance to the college office staff and to families of non-teaching staff when required. Besides, the Association will make regular contributions to the various Relief Funds (viz., Gujarat Earthquake Relief Fund, Kargil War Relief Fund and Tsunami Relief Fund) to tide over critical situations.

Upgradation of Infrastructure - The association will aim to upgrade the existing infrastructure of the college by improving the library services and enhancing existing institutional facilities.

Proactive role in Campus Recruitment - The alumni association will help the existing students of ITME to equip themselves for the Campus Selections through experience sharing and personality development tips. The Association will organise memorial lectures at ITME every year.
